Programme and Project Support

experienced programme managers, and technology and domain experts
and teams in client organisations to develop and deliver
improved organisational performance to generate higher operational
value and lower integration risk.
VEGA's teams provide the management support that enables clients
to successfully transform strategy into measurable benefits. Based
on complete understanding of systems architectures, we work with
our clients to plan and deliver complex programmes to achieve
successful outcomes with low operational risk.
Since 1978, VEGA has worked closely with the European Space
Agency (ESA) on several long-term programmes and projects,
supporting them throughout their lifecycles in the areas of
engineering, computing, science, simulations, operations and
software.
