Space Science and Exploration
Space Science is both exciting and
challenging. It pushes the boundaries of technology and human
understanding through the exploration of the universe, shedding
light on the origins of life and what the future may hold.
VEGA supports many European space science programmes, from the
initial mission phases and technology development, through to the
ongoing operations and data exploitation. These include: SMART-1,
XMM, Ulysses, Integral, Mars Express, Venus Express, Rosetta,
Huygens, BepiColombo and Herschel-Planck.
