23 June 2010 – VEGA, a Finmeccanica company, has signed a contract with the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) of ESA in Darmstadt, Germany, for Ground Systems Software-related activities from 2010 to 2014.
25 March 2010 – VEGA is supporting the final preparations for the launch of ESA's CryoSat-2 mission, which is scheduled to take place on 8 April 2010 from Baikonur in Kazakhstan. The launch will mark ten years of VEGA’s involvement with this programme.
